A runoff stream from Loch Garbhaig in Garloch (Highland), Abhainn Garbhaig descends steeply into Loch Maree, completing a course of 1⅓ miles / 2.2 km. Its lower course passes through the Slattadale Forest and here it cascades over the Victoria Falls.
