A northern extension of Craigshill in E Livingston (West Lothian), Craigswood lies
to the north of Cousland Road, between two long-established woodlands; Craigshill Plantation and Craigs Strip. The area comprises neat terraces of single or two-storey houses, with communal parking, together with the Xcite Craigswood sports complex to the north, which opened in 1981. There nearest shops, schools and places of worship are in Craigshill.
