Black Devon

(South Devon)

A river of Fife and Clackmannan that rises on Outh Muir in the Cleish Hills to the north of Dunfermline, the Black or South Devon flows 15 miles (24 km) west and southwest before joining the River Forth southeast of Alloa. West of Forest Mill, its water is diverted into the Gartmorn Dam Reservoir.
