Charlesfield Bridge The Charlesfield Bridge crosses the River Almond at the Almond Valley Heritage Centre, to the west of Livingston Village in West Lothian. It comprises a single-span steel structure designed by West Lothian Council with Edinburgh-based S.A. Hodge & Associates as engineers. It was opened by HRH The Princess Royal in 2006, allowing the public to cross the river and heritage centre visitors to view additional parts of the attraction.
