A stream in the N of the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Allt Loch a' Chaorainn rises in Loch a' Chaorainn and flows southwest, receiving the Sruthan Airigh an t-Sagairt and then continuing on to become the Allt Ruadh. It extends to almost 1½ miles (2.25 km).
