Knockrobbin

An oval hillock on the Threave Estate in Dumfries and Galloway, Knockrobbin rises to 57m (187 feet) 1¼ miles (2 km) west southwest of Castle Douglas. It is composed of glacial till and is interpreted as drumlin, one of a number in this area, deposited under an ancient ice sheet.
