Garden Hill

The highest of a group of three rounded summits located within farmland to the north of Castle Douglas in Dumfries and Galloway, Garden Hill rises to 97m (318 feet) a mile (1.5 km) north northeast of the town centre. The others are Dalling Hill and Mid Hill. All are composed of glacial till, deposited under an ancient ice sheet and interpreted as drumlins.
