Dalling Hill

One of a group of three summits situated to the north of Castle Douglas (Dumfries and Galloway), Dalling Hill rises to just beyond 90m (295 feet) to the northwest of Garden Hill, a mile (1.7 km) north of the town centre. Like the others, this is a well-defined drumlin, deposited under an ancient ice sheet and aligned NW-SE showing the direction of ice flow.
