Mullach an Rathain

Located northeast of Torridon, in the Ross and Cromarty district of Highland Council, Mullach an Rathain rises to a height of 1024m (3359 feet) and is located on the 5 mile (8 km) ridge of Liathach, which comprises eight tops. Mullach an Rathain is classified as a Munro. Composed of sandstone, its name originates from Gaelic and can be translated as "summit of the row of pinnacles", which is appropriate since the southern flank contains numerous pinnacles. Coire na Caime lies to the east.
