Meall nan Ceapraichean

Located southeast of Ullapool and north of Loch Glascarnoch, in the district of Ross and Cromarty in Highland Council Area, Meall nan Ceapraichean rises to a height of 977m (3205 feet) and is classified as a Munro. Its name originates from Gaelic and means "hill of the stumps or hummocks". One of lesser peaks surrounding Beinn Dearg (known as the Deargs), Meall nan Ceapraichean forms part of an easy-angled ridge with Ceann Garbh to the north, but together they present precipitous slopes to the west.
