Parish of Rhynie Rhynie is a parish, which lies in Aberdeenshire Council Area, some 8 miles (12 km) southwest of Huntly in Aberdeenshire and 11 miles (18 km) southeast of Dufftown in Moray.It is located in the old county of Aberdeenshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 52.1 sq. km (20.1 sq. miles).
