Parish of Gargunnock

Gargunnock is a parish, which lies in Stirling Council Area, some 7 miles (11 km) west of Stirling and 8 miles (13 km) southwest of Dunblane in Stirling.

It is located in the old county of Stirlingshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 40.1 sq. km (15.4 sq. miles). Gargunnock has 5 neighbouring parishes; namely Balfron, Fintry, Kincardine, Kippen and St Ninians.
