Parish of Larbert

Larbert is a small parish, which lies on the River Carron in Falkirk Council Area, some 3 miles (4 km) northwest of Falkirk and 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Polmont in Falkirk.

It is located in the old county of Stirlingshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 16.1 sq. km (6.2 sq. miles). Larbert has 5 neighbouring parishes; namely Airth, Dunipace, Falkirk, Grangemouth and St Ninians.
