Scottish monarch. Grandson on King David I, Malcolm reigned as King of Scotland from 1153 to his death. His pseudonym came from the fact that he never married, dying at the age of only 23 at Jedburgh. He was buried at Dunfermline Abbey and succeeded by his brother William the Lion.
