Papa Westray Airport

Papa Westray Airport lies to the north of Holland on the west side of the Orkney island of Papa Westray. Opened in 1967, it is operated by Orkney Islands Council and has the International Air Transport Association (IATA) location code "PPW". The airport comprises three intersecting runways; one of gravel extending to 467m (1532 feet) and two of grass at 343m (1125 feet) and 334m (1095 feet) respectively.

Papa Westray is the destination for the shortest scheduled airline flight in the world, Operated by Loganair, it leaves from the neighbouring island of Westray and takes just two minutes!
