Knowe of Yarso

The site of a chambered tomb situated on a terrace 105m (344 feet) above sea-level on the south coast of the Orkney island of Rousay. Excavated in 1934, it has three compartments divided by upright slabs, and is thought to date from around 3350 BC, making it one of the oldest in Scotland.
