Dumbarton Football Stadium


(Strathclyde Homes Stadium)

Located in the shadow of Dumbarton Rock, to the east of the mouth of the River Leven, this stadium is the home of Dumbarton Football Club. With its single stand along the south side of the pitch, the stadium opened on the 2nd December 2000. It has a capacity of 2025.

Originally called the Strathclyde Homes Stadium, it was renamed when the sponsors went into receivership n 2011. The Allied Distillers Suite provides a venue for hospitality together with events such as conferences and weddings.

The club had previously played at Boghead Park, on Miller Street, from 1879 which was just seven years after the club's foundation.
