Parish of Golspie Golspie is a coastal parish, which lies in Highland Council Area, some 12 miles (20 km) north of Tain and 14 miles (23 km) east of Lairg in Highland.It is located in the old county of Sutherland, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 84.1 sq. km (32.4 sq. miles).
