Parish of Carnbee Carnbee is a parish, which lies in Fife Council Area, some 6 miles (10 km) south of St Andrews and 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Cupar in Fife.It is located in the old county of Fife, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 35.2 sq. km (13.6 sq. miles).
