Perth and Kinross

A hamlet in eastern Perth and Kinross, Cargill lies on the River Tay 5 miles (8 km) west of Coupar Angus. Its church dates from 1831. Forgotten climate scientist James Croll (1821-90) lies buried in the churchyard here.
