Nethercleuch Dumfries and Galloway A location in Annandale, NE Dumfries and Galloway, Nethercleuch lies 2½ miles (4 km) north northwest of Lockerbie. Today, there is a farm here with a timber-processing facility and Steven's Croft Power Station to the southwest. Nethercleuch once had a railway station on the West Coast Main Line, but it closed in 1960. The Nethercleuch Burn flows west to fall into the River Annan.
