The village of Drummore in Dumfries and Galloway overlooks Luce Bay and lies toward the southern tip of The Rhins of Galloway, 17 miles (27 km) south of Stranraer. Most of its buildings date from the 19th century, including the Ship Inn (c.1860), the Queens Hotel, and the Harbour (c.1845).
