Easdale


Argyll and Bute

A locality in the southwest of the island of Seil (Argyll and Bute), Easdale takes its name from Easdale Island and gives its name to the slate mined in the vicinity. The location includes the aforementioned island, together with the settlement of Ellenabeich on Seil, where Easdale Hall and Easdale Primary School are located, and the Sound of Easdale which separates the Easdale Island from Seil.
