Tornahaish


Aberdeenshire

A location in west Aberdeenshire, Tornahaish lies on the Tornahaish Burn near its junction with the River Don, 4 miles (6 km) southwest of Strathdon. A Roman Catholic chapel was built here in 1880. A hoard of silver coins was found in 1822 at Tom a' Bhuraich to the east.
