A cliff-top fishing and commuter village in Banchory Devenick Parish, east Aberdeenshire, Findon or Finnan is situated on the North Sea coast, 8 miles (14 km) south of Aberdeen. The home of the 'Finnan Haddie', a dried and cold-smoked haddock often enjoyed poached in milk for breakfast.
