A crofting village located on the Eye peninsula of E Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Knock (Gael: An Cnoc or Cnoc an Rubha) lies 5 miles (8 km) east of Stornoway. The settlement benefits from two churches, a post office and a primary school.
