Stratheden is a settlement 2 miles (3 km) southwest of Cupar, between Cupar Muir and Springfield in Fife. The hamlet comprises a Stratheden Hospital, a psychiatric hospital, and Stratheden Park cottages, which were originally built to house the hospital staff.
