A location in Strath Nairn, Dunlichity lies 1¼ miles (2 km) west of Farr and 7 miles (11 km) south of Inverness. Dunlichity gives its name to the conjoined parish of Daviot and Dunlichity. The small Loch a' Chlachain lies just to the west.
