A location with a harbour on the east coast of the Mainland of Shetland, Cumlewick lies on a small peninsula, a half-mile (1 km) south of Stove and 12 miles (19 km) south southwest of Lerwick. Cumlewick Ness lies a half-mile (1 km) to the south.
