Argyll and Bute

A location on the neck of the Oa peninsula in the S of the island of Islay, Argyll and Bute, Cornabus comprises a farm and a cottage to the north, lying 2 miles (3 km west northwest of Port Ellen, while the Cornabus Burn flows southeast into Kilnaughton Bay. The name is distinctively Norse, meaning 'corn farm'.
