Dalchork

Highland

A locality with a farm at mouth of Strath Tirry (Sutherland), Dalchork lies on the right bank of Allt Chaiseagail, shortly before it falls into the River Tirry, a quarter-mile (0.5 km) southeast of Tirryside and 2½ miles (4 km) north northwest of Lairg. To the east is Dalchork Wood, which represents the southern section of the much larger Dalchork Forest.
