A crofting township on the west coast of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Stilligarry (occasionally Stilligary, Gael: Stadhlaigearraidh) lies a 1¼ miles (2 km) southwest of Rueval and 12½ miles (20 km) north northwest of Lochboisdale. Loch Stilligarry lies immediately to the south.
