A former settlement on the south shore of Loch Etive, Brochroy lies a half-mile (0.8 km) northeast of Taynuilt in Argyll and Bute. There was a limekiln here, but the hamlet relies on Taynuilt for its facilities. The settlement has been greatly extended with the building of ten luxury homes at Brochroy Croft in 2006.
