Long Loch
(Long Loch of Lundie)
A loch within the Sidlaw Hills close to the western boundary of Angus, Long Loch is situated a mile (1.6 km) southeast of Hill of Keillor and 1¼ miles (2 km) north of Lundie. The loch is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), known as the Long Loch of Lundie. The loch is surrounded by fen vegetation that includes a variety of water plants, such as lesser tussock sedge and a rare water starwort.
