Truim, Glen

Glen Truim is one of Scotland's major glens, stretching from the northern end of the Pass of Drumochter, on the border with Perth and Kinross, northeastward for 18 miles (30 km) to the River Spey, some 5 miles (8 km) southwest of Kingussie. Traversing the Badenoch district of Highland Council Area, it carries the waters of River Truim. To the west of the glen lies Loch Ericht and the peak of Geal Charn while to the east lies the Dalnacardoch Forest and the peaks of Carn na Caim, A' Bhuidheanach Bheag, A' Mharconaich and Meall Chuaich.
