Stonehaven Bay

A bay in SE Aberdeenshire, Stonehaven Bay extends from Downie Point in the south to Garron Point in the north, and includes Stonehaven harbour, Cowie Harbour and Craigeven Bay. The bay comprises two shingle beaches divided by several large rock formations, including The Toutties, a noted source of fossils where an ancient millipede was discovered in 2004.
