Gairloch, Loch

A broad sealoch on the coast of Wester Ross, Highland Council Area, Loch Gairloch (occasionally the Gair Loch) lies between Loch Torridon and Loch Ewe. The settlements of Port Henderson, Badachro, Shieldaig, Charlestown, Gairloch and Big Sand lie on its shores. The island of Eilean Horrisdale lies opposite Badachro.
