Bennane HeadBennane Head

The headland of Bennane Head extends into the Firth of Clyde at the northern end of Ballantrae Bay, 11 miles (17 km) southwest of the settlement of Girvan in South Ayrshire. The cannibal Sawney Bean lived here with his family in the 15th C.
