Cameron House

Standing forlornly on Cameron House Avenue amidst public housing in the Prestonfield district of Edinburgh, Cameron House was built in 1770 for the Dick family, owners of the Prestonfield estate and the nearby Prestonfield House.

Cameron House was extended and divided into flats in 1973. It is now used by the Community Education Department of Edinburgh City Council.
