Industrialist. Born in Perth, the son of John Pullar (1803-78) and younger brother of Sir Robert Pullar (1828 - 1912), Pullar joined the family firm running their bleach, dyeing and textile printing works in the vicinity of Bridge of Allan with his elder brother Laurence Pullar (1837 - 1926). In 1923, he donated the Pullar Memorial Park to the community of Bridge of Allan as the site for their war memorial. He lies buried in Logie Cemetery.
