Sunart, LochA sea loch in SW Highland Council Area, Loch Sunart extends nearly 20 miles (32 km) westwards from the foot of Glen Tarbert, opening out into the Sound of Mull. It separates Ardnamurchan and Sunart to the north from Morvern in the south and near its mouth are the islands of Oronsay, Carna, Risga and Eilean Mor.
