Parish of StevenstonStevenston is a small coastal parish, which lies in North Ayrshire Council Area, some 2 miles (3 km) east of Saltcoats and 3 miles (5 km) northwest of Irvine in North Ayrshire.
It is located in the old county of Ayrshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 15.6 sq. km (6 sq. miles). Stevenston has Ardrossan, Irvine and Kilwinning as its neighbouring parishes.
