Located on the isolated northeast coast of the island of Islay in Argyll and Bute, Bunnahabhainn (once Bonahaven, Gael: Bun na h-Abhainne) lies at the southern end of Bunnahabhainn Bay and overlooks the Sound of Islay to the island of Jura.
