Towards Sandhaven

A fishing village in the Buchan district of Aberdeenshire, Sandhaven lies at the west end of Phingask Shore, 3 miles west of Fraserburgh. It has a harbour built in 1840 and is a centre of boat building. There is a restored water-powered meal mill at the east end of Sandhaven.
