A location on the north coast of North Uist, Dunskellar (Gael: Dun Sgealair) is located between Middlequarter and Sollas, 7½ miles (12 km) northwest of Lochmaddy. Dunskellar Primary School closed in 2002, but the building was revitalised with Big Lottery funding to form Sollas Community Centre (Taigh Sgire Scholais) opening in 2012. A day-nursery lies adjacent.
