A small hamlet strung out along the B8068 road in the north of the island of Tiree in the Inner Hebrides, Balephetrish lies behind the dunes of Balephetrish Bay, a half-mile (1 km) northeast of Kenovay and 2 miles (3 km) north northeast of Crossapoll.
