A summit of N Aberdeenshire, the Hill of Carlincraig rises to 192m (629 feet) a mile (1.5 km) east of Fortrie and 4½ miles (7.25 km) southwest of Turriff. The tiny Haremoss Loch lies on its eastern flank.
