The westernmost of a number of small uninhabited islands, islets and rocks at the entrance to Badcall Bay on the north shore of Eddrachillis Bay, Eilean a' Bhreitheimh lies 2 miles (3 km) southwest of Upper Badcall in the Sutherland district of Highland Council Area. The island rises to 29m (95 feet) in the southwest.
