Bagh Beag

A small inlet on the northwestern shore of Castle Bay on the south coast of Barra in the Outer Hebrides, Bagh Beag is located a half-mile (1 km) west of the centre of the village of Castlebay. It extends to approximately a half-mile (0.8 km) in length and widens from a narrow entrance to about a quarter-mile (0.4 km) in width. The settlement of Kentangaval lies at its head and Nask on its western shore.
