A hill in the S Scottish Borders, Foulmire Heights represents a broad summit which extends to the north of Loch Knowe. It rises 396m (1299 feet) a mile (1.8 km) west of the English border and 2 miles (3 km) southeast of Saughtree. There is an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar on its summit and a subsidiary summit exceeds 390m (1279 feet) in height to the south.
